Hello Everyone,
First off I would like to thank everyone for continuing to pray and visit Tia. As many of you may know she is at a rehabilitation center in Baltimore now. Tia is doing so well. Everyday her balance is getting better and better, today she even stood up for a few seconds. She is really determined to get her strength back. She is laughing and joking just like her old self.
If anyone has made a donation using paypal please email me your contact information so I can send you a thank you card.
Thank you!!!

Psalm 46
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its tumult. (Selah) There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. God is in the midst of the city; it shall not be moved; God will help it when the morning dawns. The nations are in an uproar, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. (Selah) Come, behold the works of the Lord; see what desolations he has brought on the earth. He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow, and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire. "Be still, and know that I am God! I am exalted among the nations, I am exalted in the earth." The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. (Selah)

Keep Tia in your prayers
Sunday September 12, 2010 Tia suffered a massive stroke after a blood clot went through a hole in her heart and made its way to her brain. The damage to her brain caused paralysis to the entire left side of her body.
Tia brain began to swell at an alarming rate, so doctors had to remove a section of her skull.
The next day Tia was communicating by using sign language, off her ventilator and breathing on her own. By Tuesday Tia's vision was back and she was writing. Now she can talk and eat on her own. The section of her skull is still off and she is still fighting for her life until her brain swelling goes down.
Tia ask me the same question atleast 10 times a day "Can I have a cheeseburger yet?" Its so innocent and makes me wonder does she understand what happen to her.
It will be a long road to recovery but I know she will make a full recovery.

Keep Tia in your prayers
Thanks to all of you for your prayers and expressions of best wishes and concerns. Tia continues to fight. Please continue to pray for her recovery along with us. Many of you have asked us how you can help us as we help Tia. Our greatest need is covering travel expenses for her family to and from North Carolina .
With that in mind, we have opted to use PayPal.com where anyone who wishes to donate may do so. Any amount that you feel lead to give is greatly appreciated.
To all of you, THANK YOU and God Bless!
